30-day returns

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your Squishlings order. Contact info@squishlings.com with your order number and the item you wish to return.

How to return an item

Contact us for the correct return address and instructions before sending anything back. Our business address is not automatically the return address. Keep the item and packaging together while we help you arrange the return.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please contact us if your calendar arrives damaged, contains a faulty item or is not what you ordered. Include a description and, where possible, a photograph so we can help resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.

Refunds

We will confirm the outcome after reviewing your return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your payment provider may take additional time to show the credit.
