Free U.S. shipping

Standard shipping is free for orders delivered to the United States.

Delivery and tracking

When your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Follow the tracking link for the latest carrier updates.

Planning for a particular date? Contact info@squishlings.com before ordering for the current delivery estimate. We do not guarantee delivery by December 1 or Christmas unless a delivery commitment is expressly shown for your order.

Your delivery address

Please check your address before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us promptly. Changes depend on whether your order has already been processed or shipped.

Delays or missing packages

Contact us with your order number if your package is delayed, missing or arrives damaged. If we cannot ship within the timeframe stated for your order, we will notify you and offer the option to agree to the delay or cancel for a refund.
